Arts and Crafts at Bavarian Blast 2008Saturday, July 19th 9:00-5:00

All applicants must submit the completed and signed application with at least three (3) photos of separate pieces of work. Photos will be returned upon check-in at the festival. The registration check must accompany your application. Fee $50 if postmarked by May 15, 2008 Fees will be returned if application is not accepted Exhibit Space Spaces are approximately 12' X 10' Set Up & Hours Hours will be available soon. Sales Tax Sales Tax in New Ulm is 7% All work exhibited must be your handcrafted creations. NO kit art. NO manufactured items. NO imports. NO store merchandise. NO home-show items. NO forms of mass-production. NO ready-to-eat items. NO SALES (% off items, going out of business, etc...) Raffle tickets will not be allowed! Exhibitors must be present during all show hours. Booth assignments for accepted applications will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. NO trailers may be used for sales or left on the street Acceptance/Confirmation Registration checks will be deposited upon receipt. Refunds will be sent to declined applicants. Confirmation packets will be sent by June 15th.    |
